Red Flags Rule Enforcement Delay

Enforcement of the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission's "Red Flags Rule" (Rule), has been further delayed until June 1, 2010. This decision will play favorably with healthcare providers and physician practices, in particular, which may be having trouble with meeting the three previous deadlines set by the FTC.
